Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the med-spa, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Supervise staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee scheduling and employee orientation to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage inventory control, including purchasing and stock management, to optimize product availability.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote services and drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the facility.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Develop training programs for staff on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
