Do you have a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and creating exceptional first impressions—both in person and online? We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of our med spa while helping grow and maintain our online presence.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, creative, and detail-oriented, and who enjoys balancing client interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, client satisfaction, and brand visibility within a well-established, growing med spa.
What you'll do
- Manage front desk operations, including client check-ins, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative support
- Provide a warm, professional, and elevated client experience from first contact to checkout
- Handle online booking systems and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Support retail and service sales through product knowledge, recommendations, and promotions
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via phone, text, email, and in person
- Help execute marketing and promotional initiatives for services and products
- Manage social media engagement, including daily content posting, story updates, and page upkeep
- Monitor inquiries, comments, and messages to ensure timely responses and brand consistency
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional, and reliable personality with strong people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual/multilingual is a plus)
- Comfort using POS systems, scheduling software, and basic administrative tools
- Experience managing or assisting with business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, stories, captions, and engagement strategies
- Ability to create or assist with daily content (photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes, promotions, before/afters where appropriate)
- Comfort being on camera or directing content when needed

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
