What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Spa Front Desk Receptionist position at Alera Med Spa?

We are looking for ONE full time med spa receptionist, to start working from Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 9:30 am to close. Lunch time is 30 minutes-1 hour, non-paid.
The receptionist will be in charge attending the front desk to check-in and out our clients for 3 providers, including one physician, 1 esthetician and 1 massage therapist.
Having computer skills, mainly with Excel, Microsoft word, Canvas, and able to learn quickly our electronic medical records is important. Currently, we have Boulevard, and the Training and orientation will be provided. Also, having the ability to post on our social media for client engagement is important.
Being bilingual is a plus, but not required (Spanish and English Speaking).
