Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to generate, qualify, and develop leads across clinics, medical practices, schools, and partner organizations.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand needs and communicate NeuroSync’s offerings clearly and confidently.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and professional communication.
- Schedule demos, product overviews, and consultations for leadership or clinical specialists.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems, tracking outreach, status updates, and next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation programs.
- Support sales leadership in developing proposals, presentations, and customer materials.
- Provide feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development and market strategy.
- Represent NeuroSync professionally while building strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders.
- Inside sales with the opportunity to transition to outside sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer outreach experience highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital outreach tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn clinical and technical concepts quickly.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or education markets is a plus but not required.
