POSITION SUMMARY:
RN – $38-$40/hr | 1-on-1 Home Care | Weekly Pay
Starting Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Nursing Care
Provide skilled nursing care to one client in a home setting — not a facility.
No patient ratios. No rotating assignments. More time to focus on quality care and meaningful client relationships.

What You'll Do
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
- Provide wound care and nursing treatments
- Assist with tracheostomy care and respiratory support when needed
- Monitor catheters and collect specimens as appropriate
- Communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Support client comfort, safety, and independence
- Assist in coordinating care and supporting caregivers
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Home health, long-term care, or direct patient care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
