Position Summary
As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home. This HHA/Caregiver role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while receiving compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Transporting clients to appointments, therapy, or community activities
- Accompanying clients to recreational and social outings
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Performing basic healthcare tasks such as checking vital signs or administering prescribed medications
