POSITION SUMMARY:
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One Home Care
No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available.
Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility.
More consistent, manageable shifts with the same client.
Now hiring for the following shifts:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Transport clients to appointments or activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with basic healthcare tasks such as vital signs or medication reminders
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable personality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working independently
