About Us:
Neureise Group is a premier stone company based in Long Island, NY, specializing in both residential and commercial stonework. Since 2011, we’ve set the standard for excellence in the industry, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver stunning stone projects across the New York metropolitan and tri-state area.
As a Project Admin/Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that jobs are bid efficiently and our projects run smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, managing everything from detailed bids to seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Accurate Bids: Review blueprints, analyze bid documents, and use estimating software to generate precise bids. Define project scope, research materials, and determine pricing.
- Estimate and Manage Projects: Develop detailed cost estimates, follow up on estimates to close, track budgets, monitor timelines across multiple projects.
- Oversee Bid Processes: Manage post-bid follow-ups, secure contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from bidding to project execution.
- Coordinate Project Details: Once bids are approved, work with the project management team to organize production schedules, resources, and timelines.
- Manage Team Calendar & Meetings: Stay on top of the team calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure that all deadlines are met. Lead weekly team meetings to review project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum.
- Ensure Organizational Efficiency: Organize and track all aspects of each project, from progress updates to change orders, ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Team Coordination & Administration: Be the point of contact for team communications, prepare weekly progress reports, and ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Resolve any project issues and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of progress and changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Prior experience in estimating, construction management, or project coordination is preferred.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
- Strong understanding of estimating processes, construction management principles, and materials.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong experience in team coordination, meeting facilitation, and project tracking.
