About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll provide expert on-site and remote IT support, implementing and troubleshooting advanced technologies for our clients. You’ll work with a variety of systems, including networking, virtualization, and cloud environments, while delivering exceptional client service.

What You will do

• Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NYC area.
• Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients.
• Install and support multi-vendor hardware: Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN.
• Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
• Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years IT support experience, with MSP background required
• Strong technical skills in:
• Active Directory, Group Policy
• Microsoft Azure, Intune (Android/iOS)
• VMware / Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls
• Windows Server OS (install, troubleshoot, maintain)
• Mac OS (must-have)
• Bonus: Basic Linux knowledge and any AI/automation experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel in NYC
• Industry certifications are a big plus
