In this role, you will help oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality sterilization practices, and support a safe and efficient environment for our patients, surgical teams, and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department.Lead, train, and guide team members to ensure quality and productivity.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and evaluating staff.Ensure compliance with sterilization standards, infection control, and quality guidelines.QualificationsRequired: Two-Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST/CSPDT certificationPreferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degreeRequired Certifications: CSPDT or IAHCSMM REQUIREDMinimum 3 years of sterile processing experience REQUIREDMinimum 2 years of Manager experience REQUIREDStrong knowledge of OR instruments, aseptic technique, and infection controlCompensation & BenefitsFull hospital benefits package
