About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide care for oncology patients in a clinical setting. The role may also include hospital rounding, offering an opportunity to work across both outpatient and hospital settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage oncology patients
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Monitor symptoms, treatment response, and patient needs
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in hospital rounding as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license
- Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred
- Outpatient oncology experience preferred
- Hospital or inpatient experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
