We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume perioperative department within a large acute care hospital. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, quality, financial performance, staffing, physician collaboration, and patient experience while driving operational excellence across Surgical Services.

• Lead daily operations of Surgical Services, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
• Oversee department budgets, staffing, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to expand and enhance surgical services.
• Develop and mentor leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Improve patient throughput, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

• BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2 years of Director-level Surgical Services leadership experience required.
• 3 years of acute care Surgical Services experience required.
• Strong background in perioperative operations, quality improvement, budgeting, physician collaboration, and team leadership.
