- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Data modelling (business schemas)
- Segmentation/Journey logic
- XDM schemas & datasets
- Identity stitching, Segments, journeys, triggers
- CJA workspace/reporting
- Proven expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Deep understanding of XDM, data modelling, and schema governance
- Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA Workspace)
- Knowledge of real-time customer data platforms (CDP) and event-driven architectures
- Experience integrating AEP with cloud platforms, data lakes, and downstream activation tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Background in Agile delivery and enterprise-scale transformations
- Lead the AEP domain strategy and implementation across AJO, XDM, Data Modelling, and CJA Workspace
- Own XDM schema design, data governance, and data quality standards aligned with enterprise architecture
- Design and oversee real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines into AEP from multiple source systems
- Drive AJO journey design, orchestration, and activation across channels in collaboration with marketing and product teams
- Enable advanced customer insights and reporting using CJA Workspace, including metric design and attribution
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements
- Provide domain leadership, best practices, and guidance to delivery teams and vendors Support roadmap planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation for AEP initiatives
