- Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEM as a Cloud Service (SaaS).
- Content model design
- DAM governance
- AEM SaaS admin basics
- Metadata standards
- Solid understanding of AEM administration basics (users, roles, workflows, environments)
- Hands-on experience in content modeling, content fragments, templates, and component design
- Good knowledge of content lifecycle management and authoring workflows Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments Exposure to AEM integrations (Adobe Analytics, Target, or other CMS/marketing tools)
- Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
- Lead AEM SaaS administration activities, including user access, permissions, environments, workflows, and basic configuration
- Define and govern content models, templates, components, and taxonomy aligned with business and UX needs
- Drive content design standards, reusability, and scalability across multiple digital channels
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and accessibility standards
- Support content authors and business users with AEM authoring guidance and best practices
- Provide oversight on AEM integrations, release readiness, and platform stability Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement.
