We are seeking a highly skilled AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) / AEM Developer with 6–9 years of experience to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires hands-on experience in customer data management, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, data integration, and personalized digital experience delivery across enterprise environments.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Adobe solutions that enable real-time customer engagement and data-driven marketing strategies. The role involves integrating customer data from multiple sources, building customer journeys, managing audience profiles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Implement and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure and manage Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) for customer profile unification and audience activation.
- Build and manage real-time segmentation, audience management, and customer data models.
- Integrate first-party, second-party, and third-party data sources into Adobe Experience Platform.
- Develop and support REST API integrations and work extensively with JSON payloads for data exchange.
- Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines and data integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and support production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of professional experience working with Adobe technologies and digital experience platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey creation and orchestration.
- Experience with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) for customer profile management and audience activation.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer identity management.
- Expertise in Real-Time Segmentation & Audience Management.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Orchestration and personalized customer engagement.
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Experience building and supporting Data Integration & Data Ingestion Pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Data Privacy & Compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade customer experience solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform or related Adobe technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Tags, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Knowledge of enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
