Sr. Golang Engineer

Phoenix, Arizona-Onsite

Rate Range $50 to $58 hr C2C All Inc

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golang Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Phoenix. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems and services. This role requires a strong understanding of distributed systems, API development, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build scalable, reliable, and efficient microservices architectures
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and frontend engineers
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
