What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver a world-class client experience.
- Support executive business reviews and strategic client conversations.
- Help resolve complex client issues and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Develop processes and best practices that help clients and teams succeed.
- Serve as a Client Success Manager for a couple of key accounts.
- Experience leading client success, account management, or customer success teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can balance client needs with business objectives.
- Experience in technology, managed services, SaaS, or a related industry is preferred.
