Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Data Entry Specialist to support our purchasing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate purchase order records, ensuring proper system integration, and assisting the receiving team with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Create, update, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in the system
· Verify accuracy of POs and ensure proper documentation
· Monitor and check integration of POs with GRPO in WMS
· Assist Receiving Managers with day-to-day receiving processes
· Review invoices and match them with received items and POs
· Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with relevant teams
· Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
Qualifications
· Strong Excel skills (required)
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Previous experience in data entry, purchasing, or warehouse operations is a plus
Location: South Plainfield, NJ (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $23/hour
Reports To: VP of Purchasing
