We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and the ability to work confidently with Excel. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create and analyze Excel Pivot Tables to support leasing and real estate operations.
- Manage and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with the Multiple Dwelling Reporting Rule (MDRR) as enforced by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR).
- 1 year of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
