Duties
- Accurately input and update data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, ensuring high levels of precision.
- Manage order entry processes efficiently, verifying details and processing transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate quick retrieval of information.
- Perform data collection tasks by gathering information from multiple sources, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends for improved decision-making.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, transcription, and basic math calculations to support daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and basic formulas.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to ensure efficient data input without errors.
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
