Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a driven and detail-oriented marketing professional to join the Field Marketing organization and support the build and scale of our North America Strategics Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Center of Excellence (COE). This role is responsible for operational excellence across all ABM activities, including developing repeatable frameworks, best practices, tools, enablement programs, and measurement models that drive ABM excellence across our Strategics accounts. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and operational rigor with a deep understanding of technology marketing, including budget management, campaign measurement, event management, and marketing technology. Working closely with sales, field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, operations, and executive stakeholders, this individual will help establish ABM as a scalable, measurable, and repeatable growth engine across NetApp.
Responsibilities
Help build and operationalize NetApp's ABM Center of Excellence, establishing scalable processes, governance models, and reporting standards across regions
Develop ABM playbooks, templates, frameworks, and best practices to support 1:1, 1:few, and industry-based ABM programs
Create documentation and program guidelines that enable consistent execution and measurement across global marketing teams
Partner closely with Strategics sales teams, field marketing, business development, and product marketing organizations to align ABM programs with business priorities
Facilitate account and event planning, buying-group identification, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity alignment processes
Support executive engagement programs and account-specific marketing initiatives for priority global accounts
Develop and maintain ABM operational enablement resources, including onboarding materials, budget management, training programs, and workshops
Educate internal stakeholders on ABM methodologies, account selection, personalization techniques, and measurement approaches
Drive adoption of best practices across regional and segment marketing teams
Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to establish ABM measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards
Analyze account engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, and revenue impact to identify optimization opportunities
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing leadership
Support the administration and optimization of ABM operations and technologies including program and budget management systems, account intelligence solutions, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Collaborate with operations teams to improve data quality, audience segmentation, account scoring, and workflow automation
Evaluate emerging ABM technologies, AI-driven marketing capabilities, and industry best practices
Serve as a central point of coordination across corporate marketing, field marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations teams
Partner with regional stakeholders to balance consistency with local market needs and account priorities
Share learnings, success stories, and innovations that improve ABM maturity across the organization
Skills
Deep understanding of modern Account-Based Marketing strategies, buying-group engagement, journey orchestration, and personalization
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and international teams
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
Ability to use data and insights to drive recommendations and continuous program optimization
Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience
4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related disciplines
Experience supporting strategic, enterprise, or global account marketing programs within a technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, storage, cybersecurity, or infrastructure organization
Experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and international teams
Demonstrated experience using data and insights to drive program recommendations and continuous optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position: Min:$38/Hr Mid:$50/Hr Max:$62/Hr
