Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruiting professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders at our Research Triangle Park location. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering and technical recruiting, combined with excellent consultative skills, business acumen, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions and levels, from initial intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
Source, engage, and recruit highly skilled engineering and technical talent in competitive markets
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands
Serve as a consultative advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, guidance on hiring best practices, and recommendations on candidate selection
Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Lead recruiting-related projects and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Negotiate offers and facilitate decision-making to secure top talent
Manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
Skills
Full-cycle recruitment expertise across diverse functions and seniority levels
Technical and engineering recruiting proficiency, including sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders
Proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Project leadership and process improvement experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
Business acumen and a consultative approach to talent acquisition
Experience
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels
Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering and other technical roles in competitive talent markets
Experience developing sourcing strategies and building proactive talent pipelines
Experience leading projects and driving process improvements within a talent acquisition function
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position: Min:$31/Hr Mid:$39/Hr Max:$49/Hr
