  • Maintain Equity Edge Online (EEO) database to ensure accuracy and completeness of participant data

  • Administer day-to-day equity activities including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, and terminations

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations, including fair value and PSU goal updates in partnership with Finance

  • Generate and deliver global reporting for Payroll, Accounting, Legal, HR, and leadership

  • Assist with international compliance requirements, including monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring timely filings

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and cross-functional business partners on equity-related matters

  • Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration

  • Deliver employee education webinars in partnership with E*TRADE

  • Maintain team website and internal equity communications

  • Support SOX controls, audit requests, and documentation on a global basis

  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements and best practices

  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and program documentation

  • Administer quarterly trading windows and insider trading processes

  • Coordinate equity compensation activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions

  • Prepare equity-related disclosures including Proxy Statement reporting

  • Perform complex spreadsheet analysis, data reconciliations, and large-scale data validations

  • Research, scope, and execute new projects or system enhancements

Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/S, complex formulas, and large-scale data validation

  • Advanced, hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) including workflows, report groups, scheduling, and system troubleshooting

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets

  • Experience driving or supporting automation initiatives using Python, AI tools, or equivalent technologies

  • Knowledge of or demonstrated desire to learn AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and Python for process improvement

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and audit compliance

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead projects to completion

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors

Experience

  • 8+ years of stock plan administration experience within a U.S. public company

  • Demonstrated experience administering global equity programs across multiple countries and equity plan types

  • Experience supporting SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance documentation

  • Experience with international equity compliance and regulatory monitoring preferred
