Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Lead for an urgent onsite engagement with our client in Santa Clara, CA. This role requires a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and modern UI frameworks. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI development initiatives leveraging ServiceNow UI Builder
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
- Guide and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong expertise in:
- UI Builder
- Script Includes
- Service Portal
Proficiency in:
- ServiceNow scripting
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- AngularJS and/or React
Experience with:
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Service Catalog
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD
Experience working with:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- NowAssist (GenAI capabilities)
- Agentic AI solutions
