Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months Contract-Possible Extension or conversion to perm.

Pay Rate: $34-$36/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for customer care and call center positions. The Recruiter will manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates through offers and onboarding while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Post job advertisements.
• Source candidates through the internet, databases, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and register prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Submit and review qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Assist with salary negotiations and job offers.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
• Manage multiple recruiting requests simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Support company compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
• Work effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Perform assigned recruiting activities independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens.
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
• Experience with offer management.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume customer care or call center positions.
• Experience using Workday ATS.

Education

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
