Job Title: Product Owner/Business Analyst
Term: Contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Role – 3 days/week)
Role Overview
- Gather and analyze business requirements for customer marketing campaigns and loyalty programs
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Define and maintain product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize customer journeys and engagement strategies
- Support development and enhancement of loyalty/rewards programs (points, tiers, retention strategies)
- Work in Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (conversion, retention, CTR, ROI)
- Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams
Salary : $60 - $70
