Job Description: Req # 16046 - Product Manager - Retail Product Lines 3
- On-site role at PHK; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
- Contract is to help cover for FTE leave; extension possible, not likely
- This will be the same role/skillset as # 16045, just different contract dates/durations
- Degree strongly preferred
- 5 years’ minimum experience required in a Product Manager role
Top must-have skills include the following:
- Specific apparel product management experience
- Experience with Excel, Keynote
- Understanding of retail math
- Strong competitor/consumer acumen
- Ability to manage calendars and timelines and lead a cross functional team
Desired soft skills:
- Flexible
- Great team player/collaborator
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with little oversight
Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- Experience working with sports bras (specifically) or women’s apparel (generally)
- Someone who is plugged into the consumer’s needs/wants
- Experience in innovation
- Prior Nike experience
- ETW will help manage a portfolio of sports bras
- Will work closely with merchandising, design, and technical design teams
- HM anticipates 2 rounds of interviews
