Description
NET Credit Union is seeking a high-energy, empathetic and solution-driven Member Service Center Specialist to join our growing team. As the voice of our credit union, you will turn challenging inquiries into positive experiences, and utilize your quick thinking and top-tier communication skills to support our members across phone, email and chat.
Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
This is a part-time position. Hours are Tuesday - Friday 12:00 - 4:00; Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30
Requirements
- Possess full knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain/achieve agreed upon goals
- Maintain contact with current and new members
- Meet all established sales and service goals, ethically referring appropriate products and services to members
- Use systems as intended with a focus on CRM for members
- Oversee/assist members with Lending, Member Service and/or transaction needs from telephone, chat, online, email and social media.
- Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems
- Other duties as assigned
