WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clinical:
- Room patients and document health histories and vital signs
- Assist the chiropractor during therapies and treatment procedures
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
Administrative:
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
- Check patients in/out, process payments, and verify insurance
- Maintain accurate records in paper and EMR systems
- Help patients navigate insurance questions and copays
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency; EMR or Availity experience is a plus
- Available Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (part-time hours within this range)
- Prior experience in a medical, chiropractic, or patient-facing role preferred
- Must pass a background check
