Outdoor Field Sales Representative — Job Description
This role is built around outdoor field sales, spending your day in local neighborhoods meeting homeowners face-to-face. Your main job is educating people on how solar works, why it’s becoming a standard upgrade for smart homeowners, and how it can improve their home’s long-term value. You’ll be out in the field, starting conversations, answering questions, and helping families understand what switching to clean energy looks like.
As you develop, you’ll also have the chance to build your own team, mentor new reps, and create the type of sales environment you want to lead. Your day-to-day includes outdoor customer outreach, booking consultations, identifying qualified homeowners, and walking them through a clear, honest overview of the solar process. We’ll train you on how to communicate effectively, find real opportunities, and guide homeowners step-by-step.
