- Source and coordinate contractors for construction-related needs (e.g., concrete, electrical) and ensure competitive, cost-effective bids.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Build and maintain relationships with installers and contractors nationwide.
- Serve as backup for the Parts Administrator by processing orders, verifying warranties, and coordinating shipments.
- Background in construction project coordination, administration, or related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or purchasing is a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $60K-$80K , with flexibility for top talent.
