Nesco Resource is now hiring for a Night Shift Quality Continuous Improvement Analyst & QA Laboratory Lead

Job Description- The Quality continuous improvement Analyst & QA Laboratory Lead will provide support to the quality team working on quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Continuous Improvement Analyst will lead to a variety of quality improvement and initiatives with a targeted focus on achieving results that improve the processes and quality outcomes. In this position the Quality Continuous Improvement Analyst will coordinate, identify, develop, promote, and supports implementation projects identified by the Quality Manager and ensure goals are met.

Education Qualifications- Bachelor Degree In Related Field

Previous experience gained- Proven success in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastics or metal crown packaging industry

Years of experience-3-5 years’ experience in a quality role

• Support the teams to achieve business targets (KPI’s)
• Acting as a liaison between team members, and managers
• Evaluating and reporting team performance to QA Manager, measuring and tracking progress to established goals, and challenging teams to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and review of QA relevant projects
• Performs and coordinate food safety and job safety audits
• Monitor production processes and quality data on a continuous basis
• Identify quality improvement opportunities together with the Quality Manager
• Develop proposals to implement said improvement projects
• Create and implement plans and timelines for said improvement projects
• Provide appropriate feedback and reports in a timely manner
• Take responsibility for new material qualification programs, or other quality improvement activities as required by the Quality Manager
• Appropriate interface with representatives of Pelliconi Florida’s customers and suppliers either directly or indirectly.
• Other duties may be assigned by the QA Manager
  
  

Required Skills-

Knowledge-

• Experience in Manufacturing environment
• Experience in the manufacturing Quality Control field - preferred
• Proven success in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastics or metal crown packaging industry
• Experience with ISO certifications
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures and manuals.
