You'll be responsible for assembling and installing tooling, setting workpiece clamps, and performing first-piece inspections to ensure the highest quality standards. Once approved, you'll run production, maintain documentation, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
This role works an 8-10 hour shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and report hazards.
- Quality: Perform in-process inspections, identify non-conforming materials, and maintain quality standards.
- Productivity: Meet efficiency targets, follow production schedules, and address process issues promptly.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain tooling, including sharpening and logging worn/broken parts.
- Perform cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
- Collaborate in a team-based environment, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC punch press setup experience.
- Strong sheet metal working background.
- Ability to read, write, and understand technical instructions and engineering drawings.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must pass pre employment screening
- Able to lift up to 42 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
