What You'll Do
- Be the go-to support for Project Managers, helping keep tasks, samples, and documents organized.
- Create project numbers, enter information into internal systems, and maintain accurate digital files.
- Prepare and label samples, working with warehouse and project teams to ensure everything is documented and moved efficiently.
- Partner with lab staff, managers, and other departments to keep projects running smoothly.
- Assist with creating Gantt charts, updating workflows, and tracking project status.
- Gather and format project information for final reports.
- Monitor sample processing, follow up on any issues, and make sure deadlines are met.
- Keep project files, databases, and records neat and up to date.
- Support a culture of safety by following all HSE guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).
- 3 years of administrative or project support experience.
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Someone proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
