Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and components required for Paco Pad liner assembly.
- Accurately lay and position liners onto Paco Pads according to work instructions and specifications.
- Inspect liners and pads for defects, alignment, and overall quality during and after assembly.
- Ensure finished products meet established quality, appearance, and performance standards.
- Follow written and visual work instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Count, sort, package, and label completed products as required.
- Maintain detailed attention to detail to ensure proper liner placement and fit.
- Document production quantities and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions.
- Support and maintain LEAN manufacturing practices.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Cross-train in other production or assembly areas as needed.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and tracking quantities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in a repetitive, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to lift/move up to 5 pounds.
- Visual abilities must include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
- Moderate noise level.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
