About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency with CAD software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Process & Systems Development:
- Design, test, and improve manufacturing systems, including automation, material handling, tooling, fixtures, and testing equipment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Ensure processes comply with applicable regulations and standards.
- Work with vendors to determine specifications, purchase equipment or materials, and evaluate quality.
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and production teams to align manufacturing capabilities with schedules and demand.
- Apply statistical methods to forecast production needs and assess capacity requirements.
- Track efficiency and productivity metrics, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and assessments for employees.
- Document current and ideal practices and ensure improvements are sustained.
- Utilize 3D CAD for design and commissioning of tooling and fixtures.
