What You’ll Do
- Analyze production capacity, specifications, and workflow to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with lead times, inventory levels, and customer demand
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available on time
- Monitor production progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays
- Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and cost analysis
- Evaluate data such as sold vs. actual hours and direct vs. indirect time to improve productivity
- Forecast production costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Excel)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2-3 years of data analytics and/or production planning experience
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
