We are hiring an experienced Pipe Fitter to support compressor fabrication. Fitters must be confident working with multiple pipe sizes, heavy-wall pipe, and standard shop tools.
What You’ll Do
- Fit pipe 1.5”-12”, schedules STD-160
- Read blueprints/measurements
- Prep fit-up for welders
- Work in a shop fabrication environment
- Bring/maintain fitting tools
- Complete fit test
- 3 years pipe fitting
- Natural gas or compressor experience is a plus
- Able to work 10-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Stand/walk/bend for 10-hour shifts
- Use hand tools PPE safely
- Work in hot/cold, noisy shop environment
