What You’ll Do
- Act as the point of contact for office operations including maintenance, supplies, shipping, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and executive schedules
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and landlord communications
- Partner with HR to support office policies, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Oversee office procedures, filing systems, and document organization
- Coordinate with IT on office equipment and technology needs
- Track and support office expenses, invoices, and budgeting activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment for employees and visitors
- 1-4 years of experience in office administration, office management, or executive support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and document sharing tools
- Experience with Concur is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, personable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- French language skills are a plus, but not required
