We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Supervisor to provide field leadership across a major Delaware Basin asset. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of instrumentation, control, and electrical systems while leading field technicians and contractors.
This is a hands-on leadership position supporting upstream/midstream operations in a fast-paced field environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position supporting upstream/midstream operations in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field leadership for I&E technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of facility equipment
- Lead daily safety meetings and coordinate scheduling with team members and contractors
- Oversee and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment uptime and PM compliance
- Prepare work scopes, budgets, specifications, and schedules
- Assist in the design, engineering, and procurement of instrumentation and electrical components
- Support maintenance activities to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity
- Maintain strong communication with operations, engineering, supply chain, and administrative teams
- Ensure accurate documentation in CMMS systems, drawings, and schematics
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory standards
- Provide coaching and development for team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues efficiently
- High school diploma or GED required
- 8 years of hands-on experience with instrumentation, control, and electrical systems (technical degree or license a plus)
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Instrumentation: pressure, level, flow, 4-20 mA signals, Modbus, switches
- Controls: PLCs, PID loop tuning, RTUs, IPCs
- Electrical: power distribution, VFDs, motors, transformers
- Advanced troubleshooting of VFDs, transmitters, RTUs, and PLCs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
