Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Associate in Cleveland, OH:
- Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
- Process direct bill revenue posting
- Manage expense report processing and employee reimbursements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity
- 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in bank reconciliations and expense management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial or professional services preferred
- Familiarity with insurance brokerage accounting
- Experience with Workday, AMS360, or EPIC agency management software
