About The Role

The right candidate will bring a balance of technical skill, creativity, and analytical thinking to help optimize systems and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Layouts: Design and refine production floor layouts to enhance workflow and reduce material handling.
- Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and increase throughput using data-driven solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods to improve quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Plan for Expansion: Evaluate capacity and recommend layout or equipment adjustments for future growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Design, R&D, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement Change: Lead projects that integrate new equipment, enhance production flow, and minimize downtime.
- Standardize Processes: Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practices to ensure consistent, sustainable operations.
- Drive Cost Reduction: Identify waste and implement improvements that reduce cost and increase productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
- 5 years of industrial or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in layout design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and engineering design software
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
