A day in the life:

• Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other tools daily.
• Identify qualified candidates for potential placement to built talent pipelines.
• Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to find top talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to understand position requirements
• Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings, and notes into the company's candidate database.
• Write, post, and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
• Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific requirements.
• Network with online groups, social communities, and professional networks.
  
  

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Communication style that's polished and authentic
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
• Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
