🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead and support projects by defining scope, identifying risks, choosing appropriate methodologies, and driving overall execution.
- Build and deliver polished presentations to management on project milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with vendors and service providers, setting clear expectations for performance and deliverables.
- Collaborate as a key member of the PMO, helping to champion best practices and organizational standards.
- 5-9 years of experience in project planning, tracking, and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience working with large datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with structured project management techniques and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree a plus.
