What You’ll Do
- Supervise and motivate your team to meet production goals
- Oversee assembly, testing, and quality of industrial cooling systems
- Read blueprints, manage workflow, and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
- 4 years in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or assembly supervision
- Blueprint reading and shop tool experience (cranes, forklifts, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Competitive pay ($75-90k)
