Duties

• Special requirements: Some heavy lifting / pushing of 50 – 100 pounds is required. Utilizes work instructions and assembly drawings rather than schematic drawings. Criteria of position are: Associate does not need a schematic drawing to do their job, associate does not need to be qualified to read a schematic and associate does not need to be wiring qualified.
• Hand Tools Used: Depending on operation, will use any or all of, but not limited to, the following as applicable: drills, torque wrenches, various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, etc.), wire crimpers, air guns, strippers, solder gun, cutter, ratchets, nail gun, impact gun.
• Machines and Equipment Involved: Depending on operation, will use any or all of, but not limited to, the following as applicable: terminating machines, electric cutting saw, charger unit for batteries, scissors lift, conveyors.

Skills

• Mechanical aptitude, basic mathematical skills, ability to learn to read and understand SFA transmittals, ability to learn to read and understand drawings, basic computer skills, ability to learn to use Liebert Enterprise Software as appropriate.
• Physically able to turn repetitively and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain regular attendance and have the ability to work in a team environment.
