As a Senior Search Consultant, you’ll have full operational responsibility for your own desk, managing the entire recruitment cycle while developing new business opportunities in Oil, Gas, Chemicals, and Energy. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage 360 recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking and market research.
- Client Partnerships: Sell retained search solutions and secure exclusive agreements.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team to achieve KPIs and desk plans.
- Strategic Growth: Drive performance reviews, development plans, and business expansion.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with top talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Recruiter: 4 years in recruitment (agency required) with full-cycle desk experience specifically in direct hire.
- Sales Mindset: Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Organized & Driven: Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
