MSP Programme Management Officer
The Recruitment Programme Management Specialist is responsible for the day to day operations and management of MSP services. This includes managing client relationships and MSP resources; ensuring teams are achieving results, distributing resource responsibilities for appropriate requisition coverage, and serving as the escalation point for daily operations. The Programme Management Specialist has the primary goal of ensuring ongoing success of the MSP programs

We are looking for a recruitment professional to cover several countries in the region, and should possess excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience and is comfortable working in a broad role that spans the entire recruitment life cycle, while being sensitive to cultural differences. Previous experience in managing third party vendors, on-boarding and compliance is required for this role. This role will cover several countries in the region, so the successful candidate should have a good understanding of the legislation, employment law, business practice for the region.
