Job Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Apply adult learning strategies and theory.
- Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners.
- Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives.
- Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning.
- Strong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver.
