Role Description We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer/Strength Coaches based in East Hanover, NJ. Our trainers are responsible for leading personal training sessions in a small group, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting session, coaching proper technique, and providing real-time feedback and motivation. Our staff collaborates as professionals to support clients’ wellness and performance. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized training space, participating in team meetings, and assisting with member retention initiatives like community happy hours, workshops and more.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to coach proper form, injury prevention, and safe progression for diverse populations (both adult and athlete).
- Current accredited personal training or strength & conditioning certification (e.g., NASM, CSCS, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) and current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills, with the ability to build inclusive, supportive relationships in a small-group setting.
- Preferred: Experience in small group training environments, background in personal training, physical therapy and/or athletic training.
